Our Story

Lauren’s Hope is a place where you can find the love and support you need during an unplanned pregnancy.

My name is Jessica Blackburn. When I was 17 years old, I faced an unplanned pregnancy. My daughter, Lauren, was born, and I made the difficult decision to place her for adoption. At the time, I was fortunate to have an incredible support system in my family. They provided a safe and caring environment for me, and I was not alone on that journey.

I understand that is not the case for many young women and men. I understand the challenges they face, and with the creation of Lauren’s Hope, I aim to provide the same love and support in a safe and caring environment for those who seek it. They do not have to go through this alone—we are here to help them every step of the way.

Our Mission

Our mission is to reach out to those in need in our community and provide support to women as they face a pregnancy. We believe that everyone deserves access to the resources and care they need during this challenging time. Our goal is to create a safe welcoming environment where individuals can receive the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their future. We provide pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling and parenting support.
